

Molinari presents a global initiative!
Selected coktail bars around the world came together to celebrate this milestone with a series of events, paying tribute to the brand’s rich heritage, an initiative that brings people, cultures, and traditions together around a product that has embodied Italian identity for 80 years.

Each evening was an experience to savor: original drink lists, music, atmosphere, and moments designed to share the Molinari style in an authentic and original way.
Original cocktail menus featuring Molinari Extra, evenings that turned into unforgettable moments, the passionate presence of the staff, and set-ups featuring brand materials gave a shared feeling to each event, culminating in a single, celebratory toast.
An experience that reached several countries worldwide and, in Italy, kicked off in July and continued through September in exclusive cocktail bars in Milan, Bologna, Rome, Verona, Venice and Naples, involving professionals and enthusiasts in a collective celebration.

The bartenders from the venues that hosted the best celebrations advanced to the Molinari 80th Anniversary Final Celebration.

The final event took place on October 27, 2025 at the exclusive AcquaRoof Terrazza Molinari.
The day kicked off with the Molinari 500 Tour aboard customized vintage Fiat 500s, then continued at the special venue with a challenge between the nine finalists, who presented original cocktails featuring Molinari Extra to an exceptional jury composed of Marco Fedele, Rossella De Stefano, Terry Monroe, Riccardo Marinelli, and Mattia Capezzuoli, that evaluated technique, taste, presentation, and creativity.
At the end of the evening, the bartender who best interpreted, in a single drink, the brand’s history, style, and unmistakable taste was Salvatore Di Meo (Dejavù, Pozzuoli) with “ARA-MOLI,” a contemporary tribute to Italian tradition that elevates the soul of Molinari Extra.
The recipe:
50 ml Molinari Extra
30 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml simple syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
2 orange peels

The winner will represent the brand as a guest at the Molinari stand at one of the major international fairs in 2026: Roma Bar Show, Bar Convent Berlin, or Athens Bar Show.
A lively, well-attended evening, sealed with a toast that since 1945 has celebrated Italian excellence and conviviality around the world.
